TO : ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

SUBJECT : GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE ON 1 AND 2 FEBRUARY 2001 IN BACOLOD CITY

The U.P. Law Center In cooperation with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Negros Occidental Chapter University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos, College of Law and the University of St. La Salle College of Law, Bacolod City, will conduct a General Law Practice Institute on 1 and 2 February 2001 in Bacolod City.

Judges and Clerks of Court are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the dste of the seminar.
