ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

THE COURT OF APPEALS, SANDIGANBAYAN, COURT OF TAX APPEALS, REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS, AND INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT: Suspension of Atty. EDUARDO SINGAYAO from the practice of law

For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the disposititve portion of the per curiam Resolution of the Court En Banc , promulgated on May 17, 1988 in ADM No, 3153, entitled "JUANITO L. HAW TAY vs. ATTY. EDUARDO SINGAYAO", and ADM. MATTER No. R-592-RTJ, entitled "JUANITO L. HAW TAY vs. Hon.. EDUARDO SINGAYAO", to wit:

"ACCORDINGLY, respondent Singayao is hereby indefinitely SUSPEND as a Member of the Philippine Bar and is PROHIBITED from engaging in the practice of law, until otherwise ordered by this Court. This Resolution shall be spread in his personal record and is immediately executory.

"SO ORDERED."
