SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR ONE (1) YEAR OF ATTY. EDWIN T. QUIOCHO.

For .your information and guidance, the Second Division of this Court issued a decision dated March 11 2003, in Administrative Case No. 5925 entitled, " Ruby Mae Barnachea vs. Atty. Edwin T. Quiocho " ordering the suspension of respondent Atty. Edwin T. Quiocho from the practice of law for one (1) year, effective upon receipt of the decision.

In the Resolution dated February 14, 2007 the Court DENIED with FINALITY the respondent's Motion for Reconsideration dated March 11, 2003 , as no substantial matters were raised to warrant a reconsideration thereof. In the Resolution dated July 4, 2007 , the Court further deemed as served by substituted service pursuant to Sec. 8, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended the returned and unserved copy of the Resolution dated February 14, 2007 addressed to complainant.
