SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX (6) MONTHS OF ATTY. JOHNNY LANDERO

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Second Division dated 21 April 2015 in Administrative Case No. 5116 entitled "Davao Import Distributors, Inc. vs. Atty. Johnny Landero" to wit:

WHEREFORE, the Court ADOPTS the July 17, 2008 Resolution of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. Atty. Johnny P. Landero is ordered SUSPENDED from the practice of law for six (6) months effective immediately. He is directed to report the date of his receipt of this Resolution to enable this Court to determine when his suspension shall take effect.

Respondent received on 20 May 2015 the said Resolution.
