SUBJECT:

MEETING ON 30 APRIL 2010 AT LEGASPI CITY

The officers of the Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold a meeting with the Sheriffs of Legaspi City on 30 April 2010 to (a) organize the local chapter of Albay; (b) form the different committees of the SCOPHIL; and (c) discuss other pertinent matters in preparation for the forthcoming convention of the SCOPHIL.

In connection therewith, the following officers are hereby authorized to be in Legaspi City on the aforementioned date:

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, and provided further that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Franklin C. Aguinaldo, National President, SCOPHIL, shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
