DIRECTING THE ATTENDANCE OF VARIOUS COURT PERSONNEL AND THE SUPREME COURT ASSEMBLY OF LAWYER-EMPLOYEES (SCALE) OFFICERS AND MEMBERS TO THE KICK-OFF OF THE WOMEN'S MONTH CELEBRATION SPONSORED BY THE NATIONAL COMMISSION ON THE ROLE OF FILIPINO WOMEN (NCRFW) TO BE HELD ON 01 MARCH 2006 AT THE AMORANTO STADIUM IN QUEZON CITY

WHEREAS, the NCRFW will hold a Kick-off of the Women's Month celebration on 01 March 2006 at the Amoranto Stadium, Quezon City;

WHEREAS, the occasion will be participated by different government agencies and organizations and will highlight various activities such as exhibits, lecture, trade fairs and other programs including the keynote speech to be delivered by Her Excellency President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo;

WHEREAS, in line with the Supreme Court's commitment to attain gender responsiveness in the Judiciary, the Court will send a delegation composed of representatives from the various offices of the Court including officers and members of the SCALE to attend and participate in the said event;

NOW THEREFORE, the following Court personnel designated by their respective Chiefs of Offices, and officers and members of the SCALE, are hereby directed to attend and participate the said Kick-Off activities on official time on 01 March 2006 at the Amoranto Stadium, Quezon City:

The delegates will be provided with free transportation (SC shuttle bus), meals, and t-shirts to be worn on the said occasion. They shall converge at exactly 7:00 a.m. at the Centennial Building lobby on 01 March 2006 for registration of their attendance, and will leave at exactly 7:30 a.m.

This Administrative Circular shall take effect immediately.
