TO: ALL JUDGES OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN CEBU CITY

SUBJECT: GENERAL ORIENTATION ON THE JUSTICE ZONE FOR THE CEBU CITY JUSTICE STAKEHOLDERS AND MEETING WITH THE HEADS OF THE CEBU CITY JUSTICE STAKEHOLDERS ON 25 JULY 2017 IN CEBU CITY

The Justice Sector Coordinating Council (JSCC) will conduct a general orientation on the Justice Zone for the, Cebu City Justice Stakeholders and a meeting with the heads of the Cebu City Justice Stakeholders on 25 July 2017 in Cebu City.

In connection therewith, judges of the first and second level courts in Cebu City are hereby authorized to attend the following activity/ies, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings:

A. Justice Zone Orientation Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 n.n. Participants: all judges of the first and second level courts in Cebu City

B. Cebu City Stakeholder's Core Group Meeting Time: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Participants: all executive judges and vice executive judges of the first and second level courts in Cebu City

The JSCC Secretariat shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a list of all the judges who attended the orientation and the meeting within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
