AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION AT THE LECTURE FORUM ON THE WRIT OF AMPARO

The Philippine judicial Academy (PHILJA) will conduct a half-day Lecture Forum on the Rule On The Writ of Amparo to be held on October 15, 2007 (Monday) at 1:30 p.m., at the Court of Appeals Auditorium to familiarize our Judges on the provisions of such Rule

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed on such date and that the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME.

Am communication relating to the seminar shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Ameurfina M. Herrera, Chancellor, PHILJA, 3rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Padre Faura Street, Manila.
