For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Bane dated 10 March 2004, in Administrative Case No. 5438, entitled "Dan Joel V. Lim and Richard C. Tan vs. Atty. Edilberto Barcelona", to wit:
"WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Edilberto Barcelona is found administratively guilty of corrupt activity, deceit, and gross misconduct and is hereby ordered DISBARRED. Let his name be stricken from the Roil of Attorneys effective immediately, and this resolution spread in his record in this Court and circulated to all courts in the Philippines."
The respondent's Motion for Reconsideration was DENIED with F INALITY pursuant to En Bane resolution dated 16 October 2007.
