AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF COURT OF APPEALS JUSTICES, DIVISION CLERICS OF COURT, SELECTED COURT ATTORNEYS OF COURT OF APPEALS CEBU AND CAGAYAN DE ORO AT THE ADVOCATES FORUM FOR STAKEHOLDERS ON APPEALS COURT MEDIATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with The Asia Foundation will conduct an Advocates Forum for Stakeholders on Appeals Court Mediation in Cebu and Cagayan de Oro on November 27, 2007, 1:00-5:00 p.m, at the Marco Polo Hotel, Cebu City and on December 4, 2007, 1:00-5:00 p.m., at the Pryce Plaza Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City, respectively.

Attendance in this Forum shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating justices should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
