REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES v DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BAGOrA P'I,P'NAS BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City SUBJECT August 6, 2026 TO I RE,ENUE,EM.RANDUMcTRcuLARNo.i0 B - 2 0 26 : CIRCULARIZING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR (MC) NO. 122 DATED 05 AUGUST 2026 OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, MALACAfrANG PALACE : ALL REVENUE OFFICIALS, EMPLOYEES AND OTHERS CONCERNED For the information and guidance of all concerned, circularized hereunder is MC No. 122 daled 05 August 2026 of the Office of the President, Malacafiang, Palace, as follows: "ln view of the continued heavy rainfall due to Tropical Storm Maymay and the Southwest Monsoon, and upon the recommendation of the Nataonal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, work in government offlces and classes at all levels in the National Capilal Region and the provinces llocos Sur, La Union, Benguet, Pangasinan, Abra, Zambales, Kalinga, Mountain Province, lfugao, llocos Norte, Apayao, Nueva Vizcaya, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna and Occidental Mindoro are hereby suspended on 06 August 2026. Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, preparednesvresponse to disaster and calamities, and/or lhe performance of other vital services are hereby directed to conlinue their operations and render the necessary services Further thereto, the localized cancellation or suspension of classes and/or work in government offlces in other areas may be implemented by their respective Local chief Executives, pursuant to relevant laws, rules and regulations. The suspension of work in private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads. This Circular shall take effect immediately."
