In its Motion, petitioner asked the Court that it be allowed to withdraw the instant Petition for Review, given that it would be in its best interest to instead avail of the tax benefit under the Dutch corporate tax law. On March 28, 2023, the Court issued a Minute Resolution ordering respondent to comment on petitioner's Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review within five (5) days from notice. On April 5, 2023, respondent filed his Comment (Re: Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review) and interposed no objection. Finding merit and there being no objection registered by respondent, petitioner's Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review is GRANTED. WHEREFORE, the instant Petition for Review is deemed WITHDRAWN, and the instant case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
