SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. ANSELMO S. ECHANEZ FOR TWO (2) YEARS AND PERMANENTLY BARRED FROM BEING COMMISSIONED AS NOTARY PUBLIC

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Decision dated 31 May 2016 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 10373, entitled "Flora C. Mariano v. Atty. Anselmo Echanez," to wit:

WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Anselmo S. Echanez is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for two (2) years and BARRED PERMANENTLY from being commissioned as Notary Public, effective upon his receipt of a copy of .this decision with a stern warning that a repetition of the same shall be dealt with severely.

Respondent received the decision on 8 August 2016.
