NATIONAL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (RTC-COCAP)

SUBJECT:

BOARD MEETING ON 25 JUNE OCA CONFERENCE ROOM 2010 AT THE OCA CONFERENCE ROOM

The National Officers and Board of Directors of the Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC-COCAP) will hold its board meeting on 25 June 2010 at the OCA Conference Room, Old Supreme Court Building.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the bxecutive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Cecilio N. Tobillo, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
