TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERK OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (RTC-COCAP)

SUBJECT : BOARD MEETING ON 25 AND 26 FEBRUARY 2016 IN PASIG CITY

The national officers and the board of trustees of the Regional Trial Court Clerk of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC-COCAP) will hold their board meeting on 25 and 26 February 2016 in Pasig City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Phillip Charles G. Santos, President of the Association, shall submit a report (including the complete list of officers who attended the same) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.

This Circular amends OCA Circular No. 07-2016 dated 14 January 2016.
