AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF FIRST LEVEL TRIAL COURT JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF REGION XI IN THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON THE RULE OF PROCEDURE FOR SMALL CLAIMS CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy will conduct the Seminar-Workshop on the Rule of Procedure for Small Claims Cases for First Level Trial Court Judges and Clerks of Court of Region XI, on August 3, 2010 at the Marco Polo Hotel, Davao City.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendar would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearing.

Attendance in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS, except for those whose work station or residence is within Davao City which shall be on OFFICIAL TIME only.

Any communication relating to the workshop shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna, Chancellor, PHILJA, 3rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Taft Avenue corner Padre Faura Street, Manila.
