SUBJECT: ANNUAL MTC-RTC EMPLOYEES "PALARONG KORTE" (COURT INTRAMURALS) ON MAY 13, 2011 AT THE NARCISO RAMOS SPORTS AND CIVIC CENTER, LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN

The Court Employees of the Regional Trial Court and Municipal Trial Court in Lingayen, Pangasinan will hold their Annual MTC-RTC Employees "Palarong Korte" (Court Intramurais) on May 13, 2011 at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center, Lingayen, Pangasinan.

In .this connection, the court employees of the RTC and MTC, Lingayen, Pangasinan are hereby authorized to attend the aforecited activity on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Ferdinand C, Palma, Clerk of Court, OCC, RTC, Lingayen, Pangasinan shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the intramurais within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
