ALL BOARD OF OFFICERS AND CHAPTER OFFICERS OF THE PROCESS SERVERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (PROSAPHIL)

SUBJECT:

NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON DECEMBER 04, 2009

The board of directors, national and chapter officers of the Process Servers Association of the Philippines (PROSAPHIL) will hold their 1 st Regular National Board Meeting on December 04, 2009 in Baguio City .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said Meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available; provided, that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall, be no disruption of the court calendar. Mr. Severino M. Baesa, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
