TO : ALL WOMEN JUDGES

SUBJECT: ASIA PACIFIC REGIONAL CONFERENCE OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN JUDGES ON 27 TO 30 APRIL 2017 AT THE AMORA JAMISON HOTEL, SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

Relative to the Asia Pacific Regional Conference of the International Association of Women Judges (IAWJ) on 27 to 30 April 2017 at the Amora Jamison Hotel, Sydney, Australia, women judges are authorized to attend the conference on OFFICIAL TIME , including an additional travel time of not more than three (3) days before and three (3) days after the conference subject to compliance with existing requirements on the matter.

All participants are DIRECTED to SUBMIT their respective requests for permission to travel abroad to the Office of the Court Administrator which has been AUTHORIZED to review the requests with supporting documents and to ISSUE the corresponding authority to travel abroad upon determination of compliance with the requirements.

Thereafter, women judges shall SUBMIT their respective certificates of attendance and written reports on the conference within thirty (30) days from their return to the Office of the Court Administrator. Failure to comply with this requirement shall bar entitlement to this benefit.
