TO : THE CONCERNED MEMBERS AND LOCAL OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES IN REGION VI

SUBJECT : SPORTSFEST ON 23-24 MAY 2019 AT THE EVELIO B. JAVIER SPORTS COMPLEX, SAN JOSE, ANTIQUE

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Region VI (Western Visayas) Chapter will hold a Regional Sportsfest on 23-24 May 2019 at the Evelio B. Javier Sports Complex, San Jose, Antique, with the theme "Breaking Work Monotony and Achieving Excellent Health Through Sports."

The participants in the sportsfest and the PACE local officers are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, and a skeletal force remains in all courts/offices to attend to official business or transactions.

Mr. Hilario S. Cordero, Regional Director, PACE Region VI (Western Visayas) Chapter, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the sportsfest with the complete list of all the employees who participated in the sportsfest within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
