For your information and guidance, attached is the advisory from the SC-FHTC of the Interrpol Secretariat General concerning the proliferation of fake bank guarantees as reported by the International Banking Security Association (IBSA).
Any information on fake bank guarantees bearing the name of JAMAL (JAMAI) ABDUL WAHAB (WAHAD) HAFEZ or slight variations thereof as the beneficiary shall be directly communicated to Interpol Manila National Central Bureau (IP NCB) at telephone number 721-4162 or fax number 721-3065 or email [email protected] .
