Subject: Bangko Kabayan (A Rural Bank) Inc. - Authority to Operate as a Consolidated Bank
Please be informed that the Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 35 dated 11 January 2007, approved the consolidation of Banko Kabayan (Ibaan Rural Bank) Inc. and the Banco de Jesus Rural Bank, Inc. with the consolidated bank to be known as Bangko Kabayan (A Rural Bank) Inc.
The Bank started its operation as a consolidated bank on 15 August 2007.
