TO: ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT:

ANNUAL ECUMENICAL RECOLLECTION

The Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their Annual Ecumenical Recollection on Friday, March 31, 2006 from 8: a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Metro Club, Estrella St. , near Rockwell, Makati City .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said recollection on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Romeo F. Barza, President, Philippine Judges Association is hereby directed to submit a report on the attendance within ten (10 ) days from the date of the recollection.
