TO: ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT:

MID-TERM CONVENTION AND SEMINAR

The Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their Mid-Term convention and Seminar on October 12 to 14, 2006 at the Holiday Inn, Mimosa Drive, Mimosa Leisure Estate, Clark Feild, Pampanga.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court S s properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Jane Aurora C. Lantion, President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the date of the convention/seminar.
