SUBJECT: LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. RODHELYN T. DEL MUNDO

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 4 June 2018 of the Third Division in Administrative Case No. 11579, entitled "Efren D. Diaz v. Atty. Rodhelyn T. Del Mundo," to wit:

The Court NOTES respondent's Motion to Lift Order of Suspension dated April 10, 2018 stating that she had voluntarily desisted from the practice of law after receipt of the Resolution of July 19, 2017, attaching a certification of the Executive Judge of Marikina City and of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Rizal Chapter as Annexes "B" and "C," with prayer that the suspension be lifted.

Acting on the Report and Recommendation dated April 23, 2018 of the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC) on respondent's motion to lift order of suspension, the Court, upon the recommendation of the OBC, resolves to LIFT the order of suspension imposed on respondent and ALLOW her to RESUME her law practice.

The said report and recommendation of the OBC is NOTED .

Case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED .
