TO : ALL CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION
SUBJECT: STATISTICS ON HEINOUS CRIMES AND CRIMINAL CASES INVOLVING MILITARY OR POLICE PERSONNEL
In connection with the study being conducted by this Office in conjunction with the Presidential Anti-Crimes, Commission, you are hereby required to inform this Office on or before April 15, 1995, the number of cases raffled to your respective branches from December 1, 1993 to December 1, 1994, involving: (1) crimes classified as heinous under Rep. Act No. 7659, and (2) offenses where the accused is a number of the military or the police.
