AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT and BRANCH CLERKS IN THE PROVINCE OF PALAWAN TO THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OF MEDIATION TRAINEES on COURT-ANNEXED MEDIATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) through the Philippine Mediation Center Office (PMCO) will conduct an Internship Program (Palawan Mediation Program), to be held on October 5, 2015 to December 7, 2015 at the Trial Courts of Palawan.

The following Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the Province of Palawan are required to refer mediatable cases to the PMC Unit in Puerto Princesa City, starting October 5, 2015 and thenceforth.
