CONCERNED OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT:

ORGANIZING CHAPTERS AND ACTIVATING LOCAL

OCA Circular No. 01-2010 dated 7 January 2010 was issued authorizing the Board of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) to activate and organize local chapters, starting 8 January 2010 and every Fridays thereafter or up to 26 February 2010. Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, President PACE, in her letter dated 8 February 2010 requests an additional period, 5 and 12 March 2010, to give them enough time to finish the activity.

Further, Atty. Rafael requests that Ms. Evangeline Corpus and Mr. Eric Bacho be authorized to organize and activate the PACE local chapters within their respective areas on 5 and 12 March 2010.

In connection therewith, the following officers are hereby authorized to take turns in going to the different areas within their respective concerns on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar, to wit:

MeTC, Caloocan City

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office a report within ten (10) days from the completion of the activities undertaken.
