The record reveals that on February 25, 2011, petitioner's President Virgilio Lanzuela sent a written communication dated February 24, 2011, informing the Court of petitioner's decision to withdraw the instant petition on the grounds that it failed to find a counsel for its representation in the instant case and failure to raise the amount necessary for the required surety bond due to continuous business reverses. Nonetheless, it will continue to negotiate with the Bureau of Internal Revenue for the settlement of its tax assessment.

Resolution C. T.A. Case No. 8067 There being no objection on the part of respondent and as prayed for by petitioner, through its President Virgilio Lanzuela, the instant petition is hereby WITHDRAWN.
