1. Authority to Release Imported Goods(ATRIG) 2. Disbursement Voucher and Checks 3. Bills payment and List of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable Advice to Debit

Accounts (LDDAP-ADA) 4. Certificate of Tax Practitioner 5. Other documents being issued and signed by Assistant Regional Director in the ordinary

course of operations of the Revenue Region.

This Order shall take effect on October 2,2025 and shall be automatically revoked upon the return of Assistant Regional Director Saripoden M. Bantog for official duty
