TO : ALL PRESIDING JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, INTERPRETERS, STENOGRAPHERS AND SHERIFFS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS (RTC) OF ORMOC CITY, PALOMPON, BAYBAY CITY, THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES (MTCC) OF ORMOC CITY, BAYBAY CITY, THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS (MTC) OF PALOMPON, ALBUERA, MAHAPLAG, AND THE MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS (MCTC) OF ISABEL-MERIDA, KANANGA-MATAG-OB AND VILLABA-TABANGO, ALL IN THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE

SUBJECT : BENCH AND BAR DIALOGUE ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2012 IN ORMOC CITY

The Occidental Leyte Bar Association (OLBA) will host a Bench and Bar Dialogue on September 14, 2012 in Ormoc City at 8:00 o'clock in the morning. All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings. A skeletal force shall be maintained in the court/branch to attend to official business or transactions.

Hon. James Clinton R.C. Nuevo, Executive Judge of the RTC, Ormoc City, shall submit a report (including the complete list of all judges, clerks of court and court personnel who attended the dialogue) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the dialogue.
