SUBJECT: INDEFINITE SUSPENSION OF ATTY. ERNESTO L. LUMAYA FROM PRACTICE OF LAW.
For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the pertinent portion of the Court En Banc resolution dated May 21, 1991, in Adm. Case No. 2614 entitled "Maximo Dumadag vs. Ernesto L. Lumaya", to wit:
"Therefore, even as respondent consistently denied liability to Dumadag, his former client, the records abundantly paint to his receipt of and failure to deliver the amount of F4,344.00 to his client, the herein complainant, a clear breach of the canons of professional responsibility.
"ACCORDINGLY, the Court hereby SUSPENDS Atty. Ernesto Lumaya INDEFINITELY from the .practice of law effective from date of his .receipt of this1 resolution.
