THE NATIONAL AND REGIONAL OFFICERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, (CLERAP) INC.

SUBJECT:

CONSULTATIVE MEETING IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY ON FEBRUARY 12 AND 15, 2010 AND 4TH NATIONAL EXECUTIVE MEETING IN DAVAO DEL NORTE ON FEBRUARY 17-19, 2010

The officers of the Court Legal Researchers' Association of the Philippines, (CLERAP) Inc. namely:

1. Mr. Charlie Regilme President 2. Zenaida E. Calavor National Treasurer 3. Edgar C. Casalem Vice President for Mindanao will have a consultative meeting with CLERAP members-Cagayan de Oro Chapter on February 12 and 15, 2010, in connection with upcoming CLERAP National Convention and Seminar Workshop.

Further, all National and Regional Officers of CLERAP will have their 4th National Executive Meeting on February 17 to 19, 2010.

All concerned are authorized to attend the above-cited activities on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Charlie A. Regilme, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the date of the meetings.
