For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Court En Bane dated 23 October 1982. in Administrative Case No. 2410, entitled "In Re: Disbarment of Atty. Rodolfo Pajo", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, respondent Rodolfo Pajo is hereby disbarred from the practice of law and his name is ordered stricken off the roll of attorneys."

In Resolution dated 16 January 2012, the Honorable Second Division DIRECTED the Office of the Bar Confidant to re-circularize to all courts throughout the Philippines the disbarment of respondent Atty. Rodolfo Pajo, and to CONSIDER this case CLOSED and TERMINATED.
