REITERATION OF OCA CIRCULAR NO. 55-2010 DATED 26 APRIL 2010 (RE: INVENTORY OF COMPUTERS)

In connection wittrthe~ efforts of the Supreme Court to raise the level of efficiency in the first and second level courts, this Office issued OCA Circular No, 55-2010 dated 26 April 2010 directing all judges of the Regional Trial Courts, Shari'a District Courts, Metropolitan Trial Courts, Municipal Trial Courts in Cities, Municipal Trial Courts, Municipal Circuit Trial Courts and Shari'a Circuit Courts to conduct an inventory of all computers, printers and computer paraphernalia in their respective stations. The inventory report shall include the number of computers and computer paraphernalia issued to their respective courts and whether the same were issued by the Supreme Court or by a local government unit.

Records show that some judges have not yet complied with the issuance.

In view of the foregoing, all judges who have not yet complied with the subject issuance are hereby reminded to submit the report required under OCA Circular No. 55-2010 within five (5) days from receipt hereof.
