For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 9 October 2018 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 8840, entitled "Sps. Eduardo G. Gacuya and Caridad Rosario Gacuya vs. Atty. Reyman A. Solbita," to wit:

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to LIFT the order of suspension of the respondent from the practice of law and ALLOW him to RESUME his practice of law.
