AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF BACOLOD, MANILA AND MAKATI CITY JUDGES AS RESOURCE PERSONS FOR THE BENCH AND BAR DIALOGUE ON JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (JDR)

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a half-day Bench and Bar Dialogue on Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR) for PAO lawyers and Prosecutors on October 19, 2007 at the Makati Executive Lounge, Makati City Hall, Makati City.

The following judges are the resource persons:

3. Hon. Henry E. Laron MeTC, Br. 65, Makati

6. Hon. Gorgonio J. Ybanez RTC, Br. 48, Bacolod City

7. Hon. Anita G. Chua RTC, Br. 51, Bacolod City

8. Hon. Ma. Lorna P. Demonteverde MTCC, Br. 2, Bacolod City

9. Hon. Iluminada P. Cabato RTC, Br. 59, Baguio City

The attendance of the judges in this Dialogue shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of resource persons shall be allowed.
