DISBARMENT OF ATTY.VICTOR V. DECIEMBRE

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Honorable Court En Banc dated 23 February 2009, in Administrative Case No. 5338, entitled "Eugenia Mendoza vs. Atty. Victor V. Deciernbre", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, Atty, Victor V. Deciembre is hereby found GUILTY of GROSS MISCONDUCT and VIOLATION of Canon 1, Rule 1.01 and Canon 7, Rule 7.03 of the Code of Professional Responsibility. He is DISBARRED from the practice of law and his name is ordered stricken off the Roll of Attorneys effective immediately." In the Resolution of the Honorable Court En Bane dated 24 November 2009, the Court Resolved to DENY WITH FINALITY the motion for reconsideration dated 19 March 2009 filed by respondent, there being no substantial matter raised to warrant the reversal of the questioned Resolution. Respondent received the latter resolution per Registry Return Receipt No. 10811.
