AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION IN THE 13TH REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM - BATCH 1 [MANILA, MAKATI CITY, LAS PIÑAS, MUNTINLUPA, PARANAQUE AND PASAY] (LEVEL 4)

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service, and to promote career growth, all Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the first and second level courts in the National Capital Judicial Region-Batch - l (Manila, Makati City, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Parañaque and Pasay) are enjoined to attend and participate in the 13th Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 4) to be held from May 24 to 26, 2006 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel (Old), Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA).

Sessions for the judges will be from May 24 to 26, 2006. Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court shall attend the sessions on May 24 and 25, 2006.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar, and that the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. This is a live-out seminar and travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.
