TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (RTC-COCAP)

SUBJECT : BOARD MEETINGS ON OCTOBER 25, 2012 AND JANUARY 25, 2013 AT THE OCA CONFERENCE ROOM, SUPREME COURT, MANILA

The National Officers and Board of Directors of the Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC-COCAP) will hold their board meetings on October 25, 2012 and January 25, 2013 at the OCA Conference Room, Supreme Court, Manila. All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the board meetings on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Jerlie P. Luis-Requerme, President of the Association, shall submit a report (including the complete list of the Officers and the Board of Directors who attended the board meetings) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the board meetings.
