For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Decision dated 14 June 2016 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 11246, entitled "Arnold Pacao v. Atty. Sinamar Limos," to wit:

WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Sinamar Limos, having violated the Code of Professional Responsibility by committing grave misconduct and willful insubordination, is DISBARRED and her name ordered STRICKEN OFF the Roll of Attorneys effective immediately.

As shown in the Registry Return Receipt No. 5222, respondent received the aforesaid decision on 26 July 2016.
