ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL)

SUBJECT:

NATIONAL BOARD OF OFFICERS MEETING ON OCTOBER 17-18, 2008

The National Officers of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL) wili hold its 1 st National Board of Officers Meeting on October 17 to 18, 2008 at Lucena City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said board meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available and ; provided further that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shali be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Dena Corazon P. Aimazar, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
