DESIGNATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES AS PROTOCOL AND LIAISON OFFICERS FOR THE JUDICIARY
In the interest of the service and pursuant to official protocols, the following court employees are hereby designated to liaise in connection with the administrative and logistical concerns of the members and officials of the Judiciary, including retired members of the Court and their spouses:
For arrival and departure assistance in airports for local and foreign travels on official time or official business:
1. Mr. Dennis M. Balason, Office of the Court Administrator 2. Mr. Arturo G. Ramos, Office of the Court Administrator 3. Mr. Jargel L. Musnit, Office of the Clerk of Court, En Banc
For assistance before the Department of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Embassies:
1. Mr. Arnel M. Baldeo, Office of Administrative Services, Supreme Court 2. Mr. Gilencio P. Abac, Office of Administrative Services, Supreme Court 3. Ms. Marissa A. Hontonares, Office of the Clerk of Court, En Banc
For the Land Transportation Office:
1. Mr. Cesar L. Gonzales, Motorpool Section, Property Division, Office of Administrative Services, Supreme Court
2. Mr. Roland E. Besmonte, Motorpool Section, Property Division, Office of Administrative Services, Supreme Court
For the Philippine National Police:
1. Mr. Robert M. Cao, Security Division, Office of Administrative Services, Supreme Court
2. Mr. Rommel L. Rique, Security Division, Office of Administrative Services, Supreme Court
No other court official or personnel may liaise with any government branch, institution or agency without the express approval of the Chief Justice, except Court Administrator Jose Midas P. Marquez and Clerk of Court Edgar O. Aricheta, who may make representations with any government agency for the Judiciary in the exigency of the service.
This Administrative Circular shall take effect upon its approval.
