SUBJECT:

ATTENDANCE AT THE SEVENTH ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE PACE IN ZAMBOANGA CITY ON APRIL 20 TO 21, 1995

All members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) , will hold its Seventh Annual National Convention in Zamboanga City on April 20 to 21, 1995.

Members of the PACE are authorized to attend the said affair with prior permission of their Executive Judge and/or Presiding Judge. Attendance shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the attendance of the employees concerned should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the convention by the authorized officer.
