SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR ONE (1) YEAR OF ATTY. GOERING G.C. PADERANGA

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Third Division dated 08 September 2009, in Administrative Case No. 5955, entitled "John Christen S. Hegna vs. Atty. Goering G.C. Paderanga," to wit:

"WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Goering G.C. Paderanga is found guilty of engaging in dishonest and deceitful conduct, and is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for one (1) year, with a stern warning that a repetition of the same or similar offense in the future would result in the imposition of a more severe penalty." Respondent failed to file a motion for reconsideration despite receipt of the Decision on 07 October 2009, per Registry Return Receipt No.32753.
