TO : THE CONCERNED TRIAL COURT JUDGES

SUBJECT : MEETINGS FROM SEPTEMBER 13 TO OCTOBER 25, 2013 ON THE DRAFTING OF THE REQUIRED FORMS IN THE FINAL DRAFT OF THE REVISED RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE

The Supreme Court, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, and the UP Law Center held the National Conference for the Revision of the Rules of Civil Procedure on June 27 to 30, 2013 at the PHILJA Training Center, Tagaytay City. As an offshoot of the National Conference, select judges will hold several meetings to draft the required forms in the Final Draft of the Revised Rules.

In connection therewith, the following trial court judges are hereby authorized to attend the meetings from September 13 to October 25, 2013, on OFFICIAL TIME/ BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and that the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, to wit:

3. Hon. Caridad M. Walse-Lutero RTC, Branch 223, Quezon City

4. Hon. Ma. Marjorie T. Uyengco-Nolasco RTC, Branch 83, Tanauan City, Batangas

5. Hon. Selma Palacio Alaras RTC, Branch 62, Makati City

The above-listed judges are excluded from raffle of urgent matters in their respective stations from September 13 to October 25, 2013.

Atty. Maria Luisa Isabel L. Rosales, Secretary, Core Committee of the National Conference for the Revision of the Rules of Civil Procedure, shall submit a copy of the attendance sheet of each meeting to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within five (5) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
