ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT :

1ST NATIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND RATIFICATION OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE FLECCAP'S CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS ON 05 TO 07 OCTOBER 2011 AT BORACAY, MALAY, AKLAN

The officers and members of the First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) will hold its 1st National General Assembly and Ratification of the Proposed Amendment to the FLECCAP's Constitution and By-Laws on 05 to 07 October 2011 at Boracay, Malay, Aklan.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly/ratification on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar. The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Atty. Mona Lisa A. Buencamino, National President of the Association, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the assembly/ratification.
