ASSISTANCE TO OFWs AFFECTED BY THE DELAY IN THE JANUARY 1,2023 FLIGHTS

In light of the recent flight disruption at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) due to technical issues in the Philippines' air traffic management system on

Agencies (LMAs) are hereby instructed to monitor and assist affected Overseas OFWs in explaining the cause of such delays to principal and employers to ensure that workers' employment are secure and unaffected. Likewise, the PRAs and LMAs 1 January 2023, all Private Recruitment Agencies (PRAs) and Licensed Manning Filipino Workers (OFWs). Further, all PRAs and LMAs are directed to assist affected
