No. 10000, following are the amendments to prudential reports relative to the implementation of the said mandatory credit allocation. Section 1. " (c.2b) Other Agricultural Credit Loans - This refers to the amortized cost of loans which meet the qualification requirements for other agricultural credit loans under Subsections X341.4 and X341.5 of the MORB. No.7L7, (b) Schedules 11 and l1a to l1e - Deletion of rows pertaining to the "Development Loans Incentive Accounf and its related sub-accounts as well as the re-numbering of subsequent account items,

(c) Schedule l1d - Unblocking of cells for "Agrarian Reform Loans/Other Agricultural Credit Loans" pertaining to the following industry classifications: i. fishing, ii. manufacturing, iii. electricity, gas and water supply, iv. construction, v. wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles, motorcycles, personal and household goods, vi. transport, storage and communication, vii. financial intermediation, viii. real estate and business activities, and ix. public administration and defense; compulsory social security. (d) Schedule ILf - Deletion of columns pertaining to "Development Loan Incentives", and ' (e) Schedules 29d to 29d4 and 33 - Deletion of rows pertaining to the "Development Loans lncentive Account'f and its related sub-accounts as well as the re-numbering of subsequent account items. '' Section 2. . Banks shall submit the Report on Compliance with the Mandatory Agri Agra Credit on a quarterly basis within 15 banking days from the end of the reference quarter to the Supervisory Data Center, a sample of which is attached as Annex A. Said report shall be considered a Category A-3 report. The Consolidated Report on the Utilization of Loanable Funds Generated Which Were Set Aside for Agrarian Reform Credit/Other Agricultural Credit (Compliance with P.D. No. 717) shall be discontinued starting with the 30 September 20L1 report. Section 3. Banks may download the revised reporting templates of the Report on Compliance with the Mandatory Agri Agra Credit, the FRP report format (both solo and consolidated basis) issued under Circular No. 512, as amended, and the Simplified FRP report format issued under Circular No. 644, as amended, from the BSP website under http://www.bsp.gov.ph/frp/templates or request these from: The Director Supervisory Data Center (5DC) Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas 16th Floor, Multi-storey Building BSP Complex, A. Mabinistreet Malate, Manila 1004 on or after 15 December 2OtL. Said reporting templates shall be utilized starting with the reporting period ending 31 December 2011.
