AN ACT REPEALING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-NINE, ENTITLED "AN ACT GRANTING PEDRO BANGUG A FRANCHISE FOR AN ELECTRIC LIGHT, HEAT AND POWER SYSTEM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABAGAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA."
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Republic Act Numbered Twenty-nine hundred and fifty-nine, entitled "An Act granting Pedro Bangug a franchise for an electric light, heat and power system in the Municipality of Cabagan, Province of Isabela," is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
